The Banquet Room is an indoor premiere venue overlooking the golf course. The facility has a large meeting room, a kitchenette, male and female restrooms, central heating and cooling, and an outdoor terrace. The max capacity is 99 and is ADA accessible. Reservations for the Banquet Room cannot be made less than 30 days in advance. *Please note the prices listed below are the hourly rate and this facility requires a security deposit (20% of the total rental fee). Eagleview is an indoor premiere venue with a large banquet hall with windows on three sides, a kitchenette, male and female restrooms, central heating and cooling, and two doors that lead onto an outdoor patio. The facility is ADA accessible. Parking capacity is 100 cars with 4 handicap spots. Reservations for Eagleview cannot be made more than 30 days in advance. *Please note the prices listed below are the hourly rate and this facility requires a security deposit (20% of the total rental fee). The entire rental fee, including the security deposit, is due at the time of reservation.

This is a large indoor meeting room (34’x48’) located in the Highbanks Nature Center. The room features a pull down screen for projector (no equipment provided), Presenter-only WiFi, 8'x30" tables, blue chairs, heat/ac, and has electrical outlets. A small kitchenette includes a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Outdoor amenities include a deck with seating and trail access nearby. ADA accessible. Parking capacity is 93 cars with 4 handicap spots; however those spots are shared with the Nature Center visitors and are not guaranteed. All day reservations are accepted Monday - Friday. The Grove Lodge is our newest indoor primere venue with a large meeting room with beautiful floor to ceiling windows on three sides that overlook the park, a kitchenette, male and female restrooms, central heating and cooling, and an outdoor patio. Hourly reservations available, with hourly rental minimums.
