The Banquet Room is an indoor facility overlooking the golf course. Eagleview is an indoor premiere venue with a large banquet hall with windows on three sides, a kitchenette, male and female restrooms, central heating and cooling, and two doors that lead onto an outdoor patio. The facility is ADA accessible. Parking capacity is 100 cars with 4 handicap spots. Reservations for Eagleview cannot be made more than 30 days in advance. *Please note the prices listed below are the hourly rate and this facility requires a security deposit (20% of the total rental fee). The entire rental fee, including the security deposit, is due at the time of reservation.

This is a large indoor meeting room (34’x48’) located in the Highbanks Nature Center. The room features a pull down screen for projector (no equipment provided), Presenter-only WiFi, 8'x30" tables, blue chairs, heat/ac, and has electrical outlets. A small kitchenette includes a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Outdoor amenities include a deck with seating and trail access nearby. ADA accessible. Parking capacity is 93 cars with 4 handicap spots; however those spots are shared with the Nature Center visitors and are not guaranteed. All day reservations are accepted Monday - Friday. The Grove Lodge is our newest indoor primere venue with a large meeting room with beautiful floor to ceiling windows on three sides that overlook the park, a kitchenette, male and female restrooms, central heating and cooling, and an outdoor patio. Hourly reservations available, with hourly rental minimums.
