This is an open air shelter that can become partially enclosed if requested. It has a brick patio, 12 (10’) picnic tables, sink, running water, serving counter, electrical outlets, lighting, 4 large charcoal grills, stone fireplace and burning wood stove, fire pit, flush restrooms (shared with Mansion Shelter), and access to a play area. The play area features a large field, volleyball court, playground, and horseshoe pit. The Northern's max capacity is 120 (80 undercover), and is ADA accessible. Parking capacity is 86 with 6 handicap parking spaces. All day reservation only.

This is an open air shelter with two walls and is located at the north end of the park. It is immediately adjacent to the south edge of Homestead Lake. There are 16 (6') fiberglass picnic tables inside of the pavilion. It has two fireplaces and wood is provided upon request. Full-view overhead garage doors can be pulled down to enclose the shelter (staff must open or close the doors). There are electrical outlets, overhead lighting, 2 large grills, a balcony overlooking the pond with a water fountain, and a playground nearby. The nearest restrooms are on the north side of the Barn Shelter, approximately 500’ southeast. Parking spaces are also used by general visitors and are not guaranteed. Available for            all day and half reservations.
